"Photo Tips and Tricks" web site has made learning photography much easier than reading a book. Their on line instant response help has guided me through some of the more challenging lessons. The prices are very reasonable and the lessons are straightforward and easy to understand. I’d rate them a ten for customer service and quick response time. I bought some photography lessons about a year ago. I went into this not knowing one thing about a manual camera or even how to process the film. "Photo Tips and Tricks" made my experience educational and fun. They helped me a whole lot on how to actually use the camera and to better understand the techniques of the camera, such as depth of field. Any time I had a question they were there to answer it, when I would email them, they got back to me right away like within 10 minutes I had a response. Their answers were always helpful. The lessons were very easy to follow. They explained everything very well and they don't rush through the lessons. If I didn't understand one thing they would repeatedly go over it until I understood it.

The Intermediate projects I worked on were much more challenging than anything I had encountered before. However, with Professor's input and experience at "Photo Tips and Tricks", I was able to finish each of the assignments successfully.
